To complete this mission, you must make use of the Photon Reflector to neutralize Ice-SEED.
Locate the Photon Spots, red circles on the ground that enable usage of the Photon Reflector.
Use the Reflector to break the SEED-Zoma. Once all the Zomas have been defeated, the SEED-Flower can be destroyed.
